Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age fourteen. As well as BJJ classes as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. When she was 18, Ladd made her amateur debut at WCFC. Ladd built on this victory and then went on to a three-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round of all fights. Following that, she travelled to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen won against Silvia Babaeghian, Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen to beat her an unanimous decision. This put an ominous mark on her records as an amateur. Ladd recovered from this loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her in the first round to win a TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first bout as a Bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen employed her impressive grappling skills to defeat McGill and then ended the fight with a the third round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at weight of catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd did not have enough weight. However, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She won with a TKO after the second round. As for her final fight for the promotion, she defeated Sijara Eubanks in a unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She defeated Lina with a pound and grind to her, winning the TKO in the second round. She continued her dominance and racked up an impressive victory in her next fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd took the win in round one and received the Performance of the Night Prize. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks to win her first major fight. Ladd took home the unanimous decision after an intense back and forth battle with the fighters, was awarded an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in the 3rd round at UFC 7.7 on ESPN. In a recent match replacement to UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. Her defeat was decided by majority vote.
