Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a family of mixed blood. Her father is Nigerian and Swiss as well as her mother is English. Her family was on the South London Council Estate, and then went to The Brit School aged 14. In London she attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was obtained. While at school she appeared in several stage productions, such as the King Henry V's Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting career began in the series Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. After that she was cast as Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN which aired in 2007 and she also appeared in the six episodes of Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. In 2008, Madekwe landed Bambi who was the leading character in ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was the main character in How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy made in the year 2008. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe debuted in the US by presenting The Beautiful Life. The drama show ran in the US on The CW for only two episodes, but it was removed from the air. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge as of February 2011. In May of 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe, who had been a series regular in the past two seasons, had decided to quit the show with a guest appearance on the premiere episode of the new season. The actress portrayed Tituba in the television series Salem from 2014 to 2016. Her long-time friend, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also played a part with her on the TV series Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into an extended family of. Her four older brothers were also in the family and included twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. All of her brothers were athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey during the winter and summer months. They grew up playing the arenas and baseball. Ashley did not walk; instead, she was a dancer. At age two and half she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley began to be a dancer after this. After graduating from high school, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics musical theatre, lyrical and hip hop. She also won the top awards for soloists in every major dance contests, like the International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
